"Worst State farm agent I've ever had or will ever have continually bills me nickel and dimes and pays out insurance claims to only ask for the money back. As well as saying there was some type of military discount on my account when I've never served in the military and have been a State farm client since 2012. 0 out of five stars State farm is one of the worst insurance agencies in Illinois. They lost a client who has been only fair and kind. What a this office is on the fast track to bankruptcy. They have lost all credibility in my eyes. Kind regards tim M.
